Instant Pot Saute/Browning


A brief demo of how to use Instant Pot IP-LUX60 for browning (sauteing). More details and videos are at http://InstantPot.com.

• Press the "Saute" function key.
• Select a temperature with the "Adjust" key, "Normal": ~160°C (320°F), "More": ~170°C (338°F), "Less": ~105°C (221°F).
• Keep the lid open. When Instant Pot reaches working temperature, it displays "Hot" and you can start sauteing/browning meat.
